Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute direction to improvement projects/activities/initiatives and drive the implementation of best practice across the group.

• Ensure studies are successfully carried out and delivered in statistical prospective.

• Identify data or analytical issues and assist with providing solutions by either applying own skills and knowledge or seeking help from others.

• Investigate and implement statistical approaches, for relevant statistical issues and/or regulatory guidance.

• Maintain understanding and awareness on new methodologies, therapy area and Development initiatives.

• Ensure that each statistical reporting deliverable has necessary and sufficient documentation as required from specific SOPs and processes.

Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in statistics or biostatistics education background.

• Minimum 3 years working as a clinical trial statistician either directly for a pharmaceutical company or CRO.

• Must be able to communicate well in English.

• Be pro-active and take accountable of their studies.

• Experience with statistical methodologies, and data validation.

• Strong knowledge and experience of various clinical trial designs.

• Thorough understanding of clinical data models and safety and efficacy domains (CDSIC) in clinical trials.

• Excellent communication, time management, and problem solving skills.
