Purpose:

To support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates from active and passive-candidate channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications if required and screening direct applications to provide quality long-lists.

Knowledge, skill and experience:

- Above 1-3 years' sourcing and recruitment experience in medical device or related industry.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Strong motivation in recruitment and RPO.

- Interested in candidate sourcing and not afraid of pressure.

- Hard working, quick learner. Detail oriented.
