We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Finance & Administration Officer. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our firm.

The Finance & Administration Officer will be responsible for the performance of a variety of duties categorized by either financial or administrative support including customer service and responding to calls and emails, posting the daily receipts, preparing deposits, totaling, entering, verifying and reconciling transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, and bank statements.

Administrative responsibilities include file management, correspondence drafting, and ensuring supplies to the office are managed and maintained. Administrative duties also include developing and maintaining administrative systems and performing clerical duties, such as word processing, meeting minute taking, scanning and photocopying.

? Greets guests and clients

? Answers phone calls, responds to emails, and prepares documents

? Takes messages and helps direct inquiries

? Coordinates and manages appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule

Administration

? File maintenance

保管档案

? Word processing, minute taking, photocopying, scanning, etc.

? Leads office supply management and inventory controls including ordering of office supplies

订购办公室所需物品、文具,负责办公室供应管理。

? Manages and monitors contracts including rent deposits

管理及监管合同,包括其中的租金和订金事宜。

Financial Support

财务工作

? Prepares and issues documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements

准备及制作相关的帐单、开具发票、帐户明细准备和其他财务报表制作。

? Manages dunning process

催款工作

? Makes payments (bills, taxes, reimbursements of expenses to employees etc.)

付款工作(帐单款项、税款、员工报销等等)

? Prepares period/cost statements or reports for and provides financial and general information on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to German Headquarters

? Liaises with business partners, tax/other authorities and local accounts

? Keeps petty cash

? Very good command of English language; additional German language capability preferred

? Understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable; preferred a candidate holds a degree in accounting
