 Lead IoT tech research roadmap and align with products roadmap and 

 Increase Team’s Wireless knowledge level and mindset, coach team members

 Platform architecture with excellent data model and application interface 

Drive Wireless connectivity platform to support IoT strategy, algorithm improvement and deploy it to NPI products

Build connection between Resideo and external organization on IoT industry    

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in software/firmware architecture and master’s degree in Computing Science, Electric Engineering or Software Engineering, strong software engineering fundamental knowledge

Computer science fundamentals in algorithm design and problem-solving

Experience in Embedded system architecture and development, RTOS( freeRTOS and ThreadX) and Linux

Experience in 802.15.4(Zigbee, Thread, 6LowPan), 802.11(Wi-Fi), LTE/NB-IoT. 

Strong oral and written communication skills in BOTH Chinese and English

Proficient with C/C++, Python and other programming languages which used in IoT domain

Cloud Knowledge is preferred

Experience developing, testing and deploying APIs

Cyber Security Knowledge (PKI, Encryption…)

Write Excellent Code Skills and expertise in tools: refactor, unit test and clean code, git
