Role Summary/Purpose

This service financial analyst role reports to Healthcare China Service Operational Finance Manager, support $205M business size with 1000 employee, own $60M+ direct cost and $70M indirect cost reporting and analysis, work with Hong Kong and Taiwan Service finance team on same cost elements. This is a critical role to work with China Healthcare Service various operating, commercial leaders, HR, GPRS finance, FP&A and controllership team to deliver operating margin and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to): • Support direct manager and FP&A team on direct and Indirect cost planning and analysis cycles , include GPB, SII, OP, QBR etc data preparation and analysis, such as cost SII and OP roll up and roll out by region, province, etc. • Support function cost post-mortem deep dive, quarterly cost forecast and analysis, monthly CEO Ops review and other ad hoc based cost analysis • Develop simple, repeatable and sustainable reporting for cost analysis, headcount, cost center tracking, build regular reporting and reviews mechanism to drive cost saving, ensure T&L, program cost and other controllable cost control • Work with commercial, engineering, operation, logistic, delivery, Lean/Six Sigma, productivity and other functional leaders, and collaborate with GPRS Finance, FP&A and controllership team to simplify service cost accounting process and improve ledger visibility • Work with Taiwan and Hong Kong service finance team to standardize service cost reporting and analysis • Practice sharing with China Healthcare other P&L finance, Service other region and other pole finance and service global team • Support direct manager, FP&A manager and controllership team on quarter closing and reporting activities, such as direct/indirect cost accrual, sub ledger reconciliation, cost center reclass etc. • Support China HQ, service global and business cost and productivity initiatives, including bullet train initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 2 years financial work experience2. FMP graduate is a plusPreferred Qualifications:1. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add value to operating teams2. Strong analytical skills: data driven, able to drill down details and clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change3. Clear thinking/problem solving: able to quickly grasp new ideas and lead projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions4. Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup and macros)5. Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions7. Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations8. Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across functions, confidence to approach function leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with function leaders to achieve business objectives 9. Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
