岗位职责：

1.负责An Ko Rau品牌营运规划及拓展；

2.制定年度销售计划指标、实施跟进、销售分析；

3.全面负责零售店铺日常营运事务；

4.全面管理营运部门的日常工作（包括但不限于商品、营运、陈列、培训等管理），与其他部门保持良好的协作关系；

5.及时反馈品牌零售市场相关信息，及时予以分析，做出相应的调整措施；

6.关注市场和竞争对手状态，收集分析市场数据，制定应对政策。

任职要求：

1.热爱服装行业，本科以上学历；

2. 8年以上零售行业相关经验；

3.具有良好的市场销售策略，有较强的数据分析，敏锐的市场洞察力与反应力；

4.善于数据分析，具备优秀的团队组织、培训、沟通及激励能力；

5.工作踏实、责任心强，能承受工作压力，良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神。
