Responsibility：

1-Strategic positioning and Execution 战略定位和执行

Strategic positioning with business scale and scope; Developing the guidelines and plan for SCS China. Accountability of execution the planned goals together with all stakeholders in origins and other divisions as well as SCS’ global organization to meet its targets. Support and apply SOP process for business and communicate/align with stakeholders of all origins on a regular basis in order to ensure the implementation of strategic goals within SCS China
2-P/L monitoring and improvement 业务盈亏的监督和提高

In terms of YLCN and SCS’ yearly and mid-term plan, to work together with all origins and other departments within SCS China, other BUs in YLCN as well as GHQ of SCS to ensure the yearly performance against planned goals; To build up the pricing structure and its maintenance; to work together with origins as well as sub-contract to ensure the cost to be competitive; to work out the improvement plan in order to ensure the continuously and sustainable growth of SCS China.

3-Marketing mechanism establishing and development市场调研机制的建立和发展

To take the leadership of SCS’s marketing mechanism establishing to meet the business requirements and client’s satisfaction; to collect the market information to support for sales activities, products, innovation within SCS China in order to ensure the future development of SCS sustainable.  

4-Collaboration and Coordination合作和协调

In terms of YLCN policy, to communicate internally and externally, to work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement and take actions for continuous improvement. To involve as necessary in other undefined activities related to the SCS’ business, to influence the related parties and to balance the benefit units in order to best result and contribute to YLCN.

5-Staff Motivating and Developing 员工激励和发展

In term of SCS and YLCN mid and long-term plan, to set up effective Planning management structure, to develop subordinators to the needs of SCS mid/long term plan, to encourage them and to extract the best performance out of each member, in order to ensure planning management team is delivering desired result continuously.
