Working with customers to ensure our products and systems provide maximum performance, our Service teams solve a wide variety of key industrial challenges. ABB Turbocharging manufactures and maintains turbochargers for engines on ships, power stations, diesel locomotives and large, off-highway vehicles. We focus on how to help our customers today, while driving innovation in anticipation of future challenges.
Responsible for sales of service offerings and end user influencing of new products/systems within a designated market (region/segment) in accordance with BL/LBL strategy, achieve targets set by BL/LBL and accountable for Order Receive, Revenue, Account Receivable, Margin and Customer Satisfaction;
l Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities in assigned market(region/segment) and customers.
- Sells service products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability
- targets for assigned region/segment/customers, retrofit and upgrade the TC and understand BL/LBL sales strategy and get it implemented into sales activities, make sure achievement of targets being defined in assigned business territory.
- Establish & maintain effective customer relationships on all levels to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of ABB Turbocharging offerings, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive
- customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales pipeline management by using Atrub/SAP tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes growth/catch-up plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, conduct MMA customer review, negotiate with customer on yearly budget based on service recommendation being worked out together with SOP.
- Good knowledge of highspeed engine or CBM, landfill section industry should have experience working in engine dealer or engine maker.
- Good skills and experience in industry sales, good negotiation, presenting and influencing skills.
- Proactive, initiative and aggressive with sales result, enthusiastic and energetic about sales activity.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to work under high pressure with demanding customers.
- Excellent team work and team spirit.
