Responsibilities:
Identify and deliver opportunities for business growth and improvement, prioritize these opportunities and implementation, maintain existing business;
Prompt respond to customers concerns in order to develop an understanding of the business needs and developments;
Manage all sales transactions, stocks and receivables with area of responsibility;
Develop synergies with Technical Development Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure customer satisfaction;
Demonstrated ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and create solutions to complex issues
Ensure timely reporting: monthly report, visit report and other reports


Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above with major in Polymer or Chemical or Fine Chemical
·           Background in High Polymer Chemistry industry is plus
·           Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes
·           Fluent in English to be able to work in a multicultural environment
·           Good communication and negotiation skills, good presentation skills
·           Good Microsoft (work / excel / ppt) skills
Be familiar with EHS system； Have EHS management experience
At least 3 years working experiences in related area in Chemical company
