Quality assurance specialist is in charge of Quality Assurance service and responsible for quality assurance projects (certifications, management of quality documents).

Requirements：
1.Good team spirit, good organization 
2.Good communication to establish a good partnership between Andros and customers, auditors, certification bodies…
3.Carefulness, trusty, work quick and well, smart,
4.Ability to settle problem with autonomy,
5.English reading and writing,
6.Computer knowledge (word, excel…).

Responsibilities：
1.Develops, improves Quality procedures in partnership with other services, 
2.Help QA manger to leads HACCP meetings, writes and updates HACCP documents following decisions taken by HACCP team, 
3.Updates Andros systems, documents and certifications (QS, Halal, Standards, HACCP, export certifications…),
4.Responsible for internal audits (daily audits, monthly audits…), check that all production areas are in compliance with GMP, Andros certifications (QS, HACCP,…) and customers’ requirements,
5.Responsible for controls of production records after production for quality aspect,
6.Conducts external audits (suppliers audits) with purchasing department according internal schedule,
7.Manages external non conformities (coming from customers) and prepare customers’ answers,
8.Leads preventive actions and controls the efficiency of all corrective actions (from internal audits, customers’ audits…),
9.Ensures proactive management of Quality regulations (additives, chemicals,…) and laws and validates labels，
10.Responsible for the preparation of export order and is in contact with CIQ team for Quality aspects,

provide strategic planning, management consulting and executive search, allocation and team building services for multinational U.S. or European enterprises and local companies.
