Key Responsibilities:

1. To develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement change initiatives.

2. Develop and contribute towards improvement standards in line with best practice in Lean vision for GCA local wnd sites.

3. To work with key business stakeholders, in and outside WND team, to build a Lean environment to support ongoing programme of changes

4. To lead and facilitate Lean process improvement based specific client requirement and internal needs to drive ideas and solutions, for the cultural changes across the organization and drive business improvements.

5. To provide and lead local project management, analytical and research skills and expertise.

6. To support local execution of global WND excellence on projects, understanding the risks, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones, and actions necessary to ensure success implementation.

7. To define, develop and publish business improvement process documentations to reflect best practice and Lean results.

8. To lead, motivate and coach the operation teams to work on defined Lean process, to set up objective/KPIs, review and assess ongoing performances of different operations teams/staff on Lean implementations.

Who we are looking for:

1. Solid WND experiences with extensive operational knowledge

2. Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experiences

3. Experiences of Hands-on implementation of Lean Solutions

4. Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt

5. Customer mindset and detail oriented

6. Solid finance data understanding and analytical capability

7. Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills

8. Ability to review daily process / opportunities, identify the improvement plan and the initiative to proceed

9. Fluent spoken and written English

10. Computer literacy
