Responsibilities:
Monthly rolling forecast collection/analysis, upload PIR to SAP.
Make raw material demand plan based on sales forecast and update it to purchasing timely, follow up RM delivery status.
Production schedule planning, follow up production status, coordinate with production/warehouse for smooth goods distribution
Urgent order handling, make a adjustment of production schedule and RM arrival date.
Issue production order to production daily, issue PR to purchasing daily.
As a communication window between plant and each line (for supply / quality/ return /rework /re-label/ re-pack/ logistic issues ) Inventory control to meet target.
Monthly report preparation , such as aging stock report, SLOB analysis/action, forecast accuracy analysis, raw material usage report
Maintain material master data (basic data & MRP views)
Provide forecast to finance for quotation monthly.
Optimize production schedule to reduce changeover times and improve production efficiency.

Requirements:
College or university graduated.
Experience in SAP or ERP is preferred.
Good English is preferred.
Good communication and co-ordination skills.
Take part in EHS training by the company 1-2 year related working experience.

Additional Information:
This position is based in Songjiang. The company provides shuttle bus.
