Job Title: Sales Supervisor-Sell Through
Report to: National Key Account Manager
Main Responsiblity:
Manage all matters of sell-through for ARC'TERYX /Salomon/Suunto 3 brands in Outdoor specialty channel
- Visit Outdoor Specialty POS on daily basis
- Build up close relationship with store manager & shop assistant
- Check and maintain in-store merchandising in a good situation
- Deliver basic product knowledge /selling skill training to KOTF & store managers
- Implement trade marketing & consumer promotion at POS level, and follow up result and evaluation
- Do stock check by product by size, and replenish to reduce the possible of OOS.
- Check & report what competitors are doing
- Closely work with ODS KA manager to maximum sell-in & sell-through
- Help ODS KA manager to negotiate better location /bigger space /wider assortment
- Regularly report sell-through & POS stock data in a proper way
Needed Competencies:
- Familiar with Outdoor Specialty operations and business practices will be a plus (rule of the game).
- Hard-working & self motivated, quick learning people
- Good communication skill, integrity and professionalism, accountability for results are all important for this position
Education:
College degree or above with a concentration in Sales is preferred
Needed Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of sales background in multi-national company
- Have working knowledge of Softgoods market, and successful sales track record and target achievement is a plus
