职责描述：

DATA GORVANCE

？ Lead data integration effort to establish a structured and integrated data lakes from SFDC, GOCP, DMS and other systems or offline

？ Build up master data management process through close coordinate with local and global teams. Master data includes distributor, hospitals, HCP, products, price, territory, etc.

？ Maintain data standard and integrity across different platforms, and take initiatives to eliminate the data inconsistency, improve accuracy and timeliness, and reduce complexity and ambiguity

？ Drive the development of technologies, tools, approaches and methodologies to unlock the value of digital data, e.g. through AI, Machine learning, predictive analytics etc. to automate and drive effectiveness within Ortho China

SYSTEMS OPERATION

？ Maintain SFDC, DMS and CHT daily operation in terms of system functionalities, new function development, data feeding process and implementation, solve system issues timely with supports from vendor and internal resources

？ Coordinate global, local business teams and ITS team to deploy global project in China and ensure a high quality of utilization

？ Develop Process Management tool by working with local and global resources

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

？ Guide the overall strategy on data governance, reporting and business system management, including SFDC, DMS, CHT and BI tools that will be newly developed

？ Rationalize, simplify and innovate reporting platforms or dashboards, design solution to integrate (including Extract, Transform and Load) various data sources into a comprehensive data warehouse for 360 degree business insights

？ Develop and implement innovative BI tool for data mining for different teams, such as Sales, Marketing and Finance

？ Support teams to analyse the data, generate insights, advocate and foster data-driven decision making culture

？ Provide technical supports on operating territory, organization management tools for target setting, developing simulation tool and provision of incentive calculation

任职要求：

Experience & knowledge:

？ Solid experience around data integration, big data, and knowledge of digital landscape

？ Experience in formulating and implementing digital data strategy

？ +8 years related industry experience
