工作职责：

Operating duty：

1、全面负责创新药化学原料药、口服固体制剂、普通注射剂产品的中国和欧美注册的质量研究工作。

Responsible for qulity research, including standards development of innovation drug development API ,excipients,packaging materials and drug product (including injections and oral solid dosage forms ), analytical method development, validation, pre-formulation studies, characterization,stability studies, analytical methods transfer etc.; responsible for regisitration analysis related CMC part worldwide.

3、指导制订项目研究计划，并按方案推进研究进度；

Lead to design the research plan ,and conduct the research accordingly.

4、指导解决项目推进过程中的重大关键技术问题；

Lead to conduct and solve the major technical problems during the development progress.

5、按照中欧美等国际市场注册法规和标准，指导撰写、整理、审核注册申报资料和原始记录以及注册申请中相应的现场核查工作。

Guide to write, collect, and audit the development reports, eCTD registration files , original recoders and other dates or materials of the regisitration requirerment, according to the laws ,regulations and guidelines of NMPA、FDA、EMA and other markets. responsible for being inspected by the government agencies .

6、研究体系的建设，积极引进优秀人才、加强团队规范性管理、提升团队能力。

responsible for the overall team build, management and talent recruiting fit into the strategic objectives; optimize team functions and set up organizational structures to continuously improve team research capabilities.

任职要求：

Requirements:

1、学历要求：博士学位具有五年以上的相关工作经验；或硕士学位具有10年以上的相关工作经验。

Education requirements: PhD degree with 5 plus years of related experience or MS degree with 10 plus years of related experience.

2、专业要求：分析化学,药物分析等相关专业。

Professional requirements: analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical science and other related professions.

3、工作经验：

Experience：

（1）5-10年制药质量研究和注册申报从业经验，成功主持多项FDA或欧盟仿制药开发和注册申报；候选人应具备DMF、EDMF、CEP、ANDA项目的全局质量研究策划和团队管理经验，负责开发的产品已成功在欧美上市者优先。

5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, managed IND and/NDA filing process to the markets of NMPA\FDA \EMA\WHO independently , and have rich experience in the development of drugs at INA and NDA registration stage and have experience in launching the product in overseas markets are preferred.

（2）具有海外制药公司从业经验者和创新药研发经验者优先。

With Overseas experience and/or innovation drug development experience preferred.

4、能力要求：

（1）熟悉中欧美法规标准，具有很强的解决问题能力,可指导团队解决国际创新药研发过程所有与质量研究和分析开发有关的工作；

Have the ability to solve the all of the problems in the research and development of drugs , including the pre-formulation studies, optimization ,scale-up, transfer and industrialization，according to the laws ,regulations and guidelines of NMPA，FDA、EMA and other markets

（2）熟悉中国药监局，美国FDA、欧盟、ICH等药品技术审评要求及新药注册的相关法规；熟悉国际创新药研发动态;

familiar with the laws , regulations and guidelines of NMPA，FDA、EMA、ICH etc., and international pharmaceutical R&D trends and new technologies in innovation drug development.

（3）丰富的团队管理和执行管理能力；

Self-motivated, with a good management skill and executing ability

（4）具有较强的沟通能力和责任心，能为研发人员提供指导和培训；

Have good communication, organization and coordination skill and excellent team management ability;

5、语言要求：良好的中、英文沟通及写作能力，能撰写、审核英语申报资料者优先。

Good Chinese and English oral and writing communication skill, have ability to draft, proof read English filing related material.
