1)行政工作:
§ Developing and controlling the office operations, procedures, and ensuring they’re maintained and current
制定和控制办公室业务操作、流程,并确保它们有效落实
§ Organize and plan for teambuilding / office outing; assist to organize internal and external company conference /events
组织和策划公司团队活动,协助组织公司各种大型会务
§ International assignment related support
支持与国外总部行政相关的工作
§ Documents / general data filing
重要文件及数据的定期存档
§ Coordinate with suppliers ,make payment application, prepare monthly expense report
与供应商联系合作,行政类费用的付款申请,准备每月费用报告
§ Other administrative tasks as assigned by General Manager
完成其他由总经理交待与行政相关的工作
2) Daily reception work
前台工作:
Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing, in &out going express
电话转接,客户接待,存档、传真,快递安排
Help schedule meetings and update contact list/ calendar
会议安排,更新公司的通讯录,并提醒节假日安排
Arrange business trips, including booking air-flight tickets and reserving hotel for company employees
员工差旅机票、酒店预定
Stationery、souvenirs in store, annual leave records, Staff attendance record etc.
办公用品采购,预备常用耗材/文具,考勤统计、休假登记等

1) Knowledge and Skills Required
v Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of office administration working experiences
本科或以上学历,至少1年相关的工作经验
v Fluent in both English and Mandarin
流利的中、英语口语及读写能力
v Result-driven and internal/external customer service oriented
面向结果导向和内部/外部客户服务导向
v Good self-organization skills, Good communication skills
较好自我组织能力,良好的沟通能力
v Team worker with high efficiency
具有较好的团队合作能力
v Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities
熟练运用办公软件,熟悉网络功能的使用
