岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1.市场调查，负责所属品类的商品规划及商品优化，与供应商合作培养新品及爆品；
2.制定采购计划，供应商开发，洽谈，选品，控制采购成本，核价比价，管理和维护供应商关系；
3.供应商谈判及对供应商的管理,完成销售计划、毛利计划、库存周转计划的落实；
4.随时掌握商品的毛利率和费用率的比例，进行及时调整；
5.每周根据销售报表，分析部门销售及针对销售表现平均加价率是否合理，进行供应商的筛选、单品调整；
6.负责商品的促销计划落实，协助经理对表现不佳的品类进行提升和改善，以及对滞销商品的进行更替；
7.对所属品类的KPI负责。
任职要求
Qualifications:
1. 大专以上学历，2年以上商超或线下采购经验；
2. 熟悉快消品类的适销度、成本和采购流程；
3. 具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、团队协作能力强；
4. 熟悉健康食品或用品趋势优先考虑；
5. 良好数据处理能力（Excel）；
6. 良好的沟通能力及应变能力
