职责描述

Being a recruitment consultant in Michael Page, you will have exposure to both client and candidate side, the responsibility mainly include:

- Helping our clients to identify suitable profiles for them, you will be engaged in sourcing candidates through various channels, fully utilising the database to find a group of potential candidates, assessing these candidates through telephone interview, face to face meetings and references on them.

- Assisting our clients on the recruitment process, you will be sending over qualified candidates, talking with your clients in details about these candidates and arranging interviews, helping to negotiate an offer and helping candidates to successful on board.

- Proactively developing new clients in the market, identifying new opportunities or new clients to work with, building up client relationships through client visits and helping them to recruitment a certain role.

Experience in working as recruitment is desirable but all candidates must demonstrate strong desire to do a sales oriented role and to be successful in their career.

0-3 years of working experience in sales roles, recruitment roles or legal related roles would all be fine, we can also accept candidate with a legal education background and start to working with us as intern if you haven't graduated yet.

Generally you will have a higher chance to be successful in our role if your answer is YES to these questions below:

Can you demonstrate the ability to develop both new and existing business?

Can you demonstrate great communication skills?

Education background in LEGAL or working experience in legal roles/law firms would be a great asset for us.
