Our client is a worldwide famous producers of electrical and electronic cable assemblies.

职责描述

-Production layout design with lean concept;

-Production teams annual goal setting and drive to achieve;

-Control and reduce production scrap, consumables and labour rate;

-Ensure your staff all the disciplined;

-Monitor production progress and drive corrective actions for productivity improvement;

-Manage and optimise resources to support changes and new project;

-Ensure you are fully compliant and set a culture of safety first for production teams;

-Identify critical risks in the production processes to drive improvement;

-Prepare and maintain production reports;

-Visual factory setup, 6S improvement & maintenance;

-Any other responsibilities as assigned or required.

理想的求职者

-Bachelor's degree or above in manufacturing / mechanical / engineering or related disciplines;

-At least 10 years related working experience, lean manufacture experience is preferred;

-Good command of written and verbal English, familiar with Words, Excel, Power point use;

-Excellent experience working and leading teams working across brand, knowledge of the order fulfil and manufacturing process the value chains, knowledge of project management is preferable;

-Strong ability on leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and problem solving ability.
