招聘岗位名称：厨师长

岗位描述：

1、 机场贵宾厅内管理、监督及指导厨房人员及服务员日常工作。

2、 设计菜谱、摆台方案。

3、 保持厨房范围的巡视，对下属员工进行督促，及时解决现场发现的问题。

4、 督促厨师对食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食品规定的数量，合理地控制食品成本。

5、 妥善处理客人对菜品的投诉。

薪资待遇：

1、 初中以上学历，三年以上餐饮厨师长工作经验。要有高级厨师资格证。

2、 具有强烈的责任心，勇于开拓创新，作风干练。

3、 拥有较高的烹饪技术，了解和熟悉食品材料的产地、规格、质量。

学历要求：大专以上学历（学历可放宽）

月收入要求： 8700(税前)
