工作职责：

1. Closely monitoring the status and quality of compliance programs to ensure all the compliance programs are implemented successfully.
2. Build and continuously improve compliance monitoring mechanism, and provide relevant alert or suggestion to management based on detailed data monitoring and analysis, to ensure related compliance programs are properly implemented in both HQ & branch offices and material compliance risks are identified, evaluated, controlled, reported and monitored in a timely manner.
3. Review and provide compliance comments and suggestions to product material, brochures, promotion or campaign scheme raised by business channels. Provide advice on business initiative, to ensure its compliance with requirements related to sales behavior in different business channels.
4. Work with key business stakeholders to conduct monitoring program and assurance on the implementation of remedial actions on any non-compliance issues.
5. Support to perform compliance review and sample testing projects according to the annual Monitoring & Testing Plan and local compliance management workplan;
6. Able to take on more complex projects independently and may lead project team;
7. Keep close communication with regional and global compliance team to let them understand the main compliance issues of China and assure timely and accurate reporting
8. Assist local compliance officer to perform some special projects.
9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

任职要求：

1. At least 10 years relevant working experience, preferably in compliance, audit, insurance operation, internal control, legal or risk management.
2. Abilities

• Strong English communication skills in both speaking and writing
• Excellent computer skills like MS.
• Knowledge
• Sound knowledge in financial institution, preferably with life insurance operations.

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
