1 报价阶段模具分析, 成型仿真，模具工艺方案，评估设备能力.

Responsible for mold analysis in quotation stage, forming analysis and review supplier mold process plan，assess equipment capability.

2 项目开发阶段制定模具及设备的技术协议.

Responsible for mold and equipment technical specification.

3 项目开发阶段的模具及设备开发与模具工艺评审，模具结构设计评审.

Responsible for mold and equipment development and mold process review in the development stage, die design reivew.

4 项目开发阶段设备及模具调试，针对模具、设备等问题，制定整改方案，针对产品质量问题提成制定模具及设备整改方案,及进度跟进。

Follow up the equipment and tooling debugging in the development phase, tooling changing proposal, develop the mold and equipment rectification plan according to the product quality problem, and follow up the progress..

5 项目开发阶段移模之后的问题点制定整改及优化方案，直至问题最终关闭，及进度跟进

Assist in the progress and problem improvement of the development phase after moving the mold, until the problem closed, and follow up the progress.

6 负责制作模具及设备的验收文件，及预验收工作。

Responsible for compiling the acceptance documents of mould and equipment, and pre-acceptance

7 负责与供应商沟通技术方案

Communicate technical proposal with supplier

8 负责与德国沟通技术问题

Communicate technical issues with Germany

9 协助现场出现的故障处理

Assist in troubleshooting on site

10 负责与客户的技术交流

Communicate with customer regarding the technical

11 对现场做持续改善，提高生产效率，减少浪费，节约成本。

Make continuous improvement on site, improve production efficiency, reduce waste and save cost

12 配合质保部门对客户抱怨的问题做出解决方案。

Cooperate with quality assurance department to solve customer complaints

任职要求：

教育背景Education background:理工科专业大专以上学历。College degree or above, In science and engineering specialty 工作经历working experience:6年以上模具相关工作经验Min. 6 years working experience in die engineer position。 技能技巧:

◆ Good knowledge and experience of Die,

？ 对模具熟悉并且富有经验；

◆ Be familiar with stamping specifications of OEM, like Dailmer, FORD, FAW-VW, SGM, SVW, etc..

熟悉主机厂的模具规范，如Dailmer, FORD, FAW-VW,SGM, SVW 等；

◆ Good understanding of GD&T.

？ 熟练掌握 GD&T；

◆ Capable of using Autoforming,Auto CAD, Catia, UG and office software to make report, presentation and so on.

？ 能够使用常规工具软件如Autoforming Autocad、Catia、UG、Autoform及 Office 软件；

◆ Capability of resolving stamping quality issues on site.

？ 具备解决冲压现场的综合质量问题的能力；

◆ English communication skills both speaking and writing.

？ 具备一定的英语沟通能力；

◆ Good teamwork.
