    Main activities / tasks: China DIS R&D / BU (Beijing (Lido / Cogent), Dalian, etc)

·          Enforce implementation of DIS Security  Policies in China DIS R&D / BU and related domains, effectively identify,  evaluate, monitor, report and mitigate security risks

  

·         Enforce R&D security compliance relating to Software Development in the area of source code management, change management and configuration management with IT /IS & Regional Security team

·         Conduct Physical & Logical security audit internally and ensure corrective actions within stipulated timeline

·         Coordinate with IT /IS & Regional Security team and ensure that firewall rule reviews, antivirus management, vulnerability management and patch management are timely performed with systems free of “Critical” issues.

·         Coordinate with Regional Security team and perform regular checks on R&D systems to eliminate blacklisted software and ensure compliance with DIS Software Policy.

·         To conduct Physical & Logical security awareness training to all staffs in the site to ensure appropriate level of security consciousness.

·         To direct and investigate all matters where actions of staff or others could or have caused a breach of security and advise on procedures to be implemented to prevent re-occurrence;

·         Monitor and manage physical security management system, such as Access Control System, Alarm System and CCTV system on daily basis

·         Periodically review the results from Internal/External Vulnerability Scan, Analyze and work with related owners to fix the critical and high findings within specific time period.

·         Periodic security configuration reviews of servers, network access controls and firewall rules in compliance with the established requirements.

·         To oversee and coordinate with 3rd party vendor for any security related matters / improvements/projects.

·         To participate in security related projects or solution implementations.

·         Perform other special projects as specified, as and when required

Knowledge and skills

·         Physical security operations in managing access controls systems, CCTVs, alarms etc.

    

·         Broad overview of Information Technology, going beyond individual components (hardware, software, network, etc.)

    

·         Logical security such as McAfee, vulnerabilities scan, firewalls, access controls

    

·         Knowledge of software development process and related risks

    

·         Hands on experience in security solution implementations

Education, qualifications, and special training

    

·         Bachelor degree in  Information Security or equivalent

    

·         Security certifications such as CISSP or CISA or CISM

    

·         Fluent to communicate in English & Bilingual (Mandarin).

Experience

·         To do this job, you must be proficient in Information Technology and going beyond individual components (hardware, software, network and etc.), knowledge of software development process sand related risks, experience in implementation and monitoring security policies, and ability to investigate and identify root cause of security incidents

    

·         We would like someone to join our team who is a self-starter, with limited supervision and able to work effectively in a challenging business environment. Has good analytical, presentation and reporting skills.

    

·         We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of working experience in Information Security
