职位描述
Overall Objective
? All staff are required to contribute to achieving the business objectives of JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group (H&HG) as set out in the team’s Asia Pacific and the Greater China’s plans.
? All staff are required to positively promote JLL at all times and in all dealings with both internally and with third parties.
? Our external clients include institutional investors, local and foreign developers, individual investor.
? Our internal clients includes 16 JLL national offices (Strategic Consulting, Project Development and Capital Market)
Position Objective:
? All business activities tracked and reported
? All outgoing documents accurate and filled in good order
? Business documentation, filling and translation
? General administration such as stationary procurement, office maintenance, expense reporting, monthly revenue report and sales force
? Assist with meetings and exceeding the firm’s commitment to clients in relation to advisory assignments.
? Provide analytical skills and financial capability as an integral aspect of the overall Hotel & Hospitality Group team.
? Provide a high level of support to the JLL Shanghai advisory team, in association with execution of advisory (preparing bidding documents, proposals and contract), asset management and brokerage services to clients.
? Assist with seeking out advisory work for hotels and resorts in China; demonstrate and ensure standards are met.
? Work with the overall JLL H&HG platform to build relationships and seek out hospitality opportunities. To then further assist ensuring wherever possible that the opportunity is realized into revenue.
? Show a willingness and ability to maintain an understanding of both local and Asia Pacific real estate markets. This will enable you to provide potential clients with reliable and accurate advice regarding to property movements and industry trends.
? Ensure departmental meetings documented
? Plan entertainment for major clients
? Demonstrate a commitment to satisfying Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
? Strong interests and market knowledge on new hotel brands and industry news
JLL H&HG Requirements
? Work with colleagues from other offices as a team
? Participate in projects that involve different members from different teams based in different office locations
? Respond to emails and IMs in a good manner
? Prepare timely, accurate reports with the assistance of peer review and feedback
? Compile and verify market commentaries for reports
? Participate and prepare in cash flow and financial modeling
? To assist operator selection and asset management assignment
? Continue to develop personal skills in a way that benefits yourself, clients and the service offered by firm
? Be able to plan own work priorities, but have the flexibility to adjust priorities in response to rapidly changing circumstances
? Be well organized and able to work on multiple tasks
? Have the ability to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
? Demonstrate a strong customer focus and interactions with internal and external customers
? Professional Skills – demonstrate market knowledge and proficiency in your field; maintain high ethical standards at all times keep abreast of industry and professional developments to maintain personal expertise
? Business Acumen- proactive in maintain existing client relationship and growing Division client base; vigilant for business opportunities; be a team player by being a regular contributor to operational activities and strategic development of the advisory team
? Communication internally and externally with the professional manner at all time

Qualifications
? Likely to have more than 1-2 years experiences in a research environment, and been engaged in hotel property consulting assignments
? Prefer to have 1 to 2 years experiences in hotel operation department, finance department or revenue management department
? Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin, with other Chinese languages is an advantage
? Proven high level of initiatives
? Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
