• Identify and develop potential and sustainable customer relationship to the growth of company market share.

• Integrate the marketing needs of new customers and match the corresponding business strategy.

• Responsible for customer introduction of business negotiations, supply chain program formulation, project management and normal operation of KPI.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on customers’ initiatives, strategies, etc for their strategic direction and development.

• Work with operation team to resolve customer-related issues, and be responsible for business and profitability growth.

• Provide customer oriented service at all times relating to commercial/contractual issues.

• Facilitate the provision of solution management, account management and enhancement of supply chain that meets and exceed customers’ expectations

• Responsible for the success of continuous contract renewal with favorable Pricing and Terms.

• Lead and coordinate all contract renewal negotiation effort with internal depts.

• Work with Ops to ensure the delivery of quality service to customer and the compliance of SLA and KPI.

• Continually review and improved business processes to increase productivity and improve P&L

• Conduct analysis on customer’s P&L and KPIs performance to identify focus areas for improvement..

Qualificaton:

• At least 10 years serve as BD or KAM with a number of key account cooperation cases;

• Above 35 years old, familiar with contract logistics Market, above 10 years working experience in airline/ shipping/famous global forwarding/Supply Chain enterprise;

• Master air/ocean/ transportation/warehouse process.

• Have good and advance conceptual knowledge in Account Management/ Customer Service/Supply Chain Solutions.

• English can be used as a working language.

• Excellent management, communication and organization skills.

• Positive and enterprising, able to withstand pressure.

• Good at learning and thinking, independent project management ability.
