1、Prepare and file documents according to PRC regulations for foreign currency payment.

2、Maintain proper filing of suppliers and payment documents for all unpaid and paid invoices.

3、Follow up on supplier’s statement discrepancies and credit notes.

4、Perform other jobs as assigned

1、 Major in Finance & Accounting area, AP relevant experience is a plus

2、 Fluent in both oral and written English

3、 Quick learner

4、 Self-motivated, patient, reliable sense of responsibilities

5、 Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel

6、 Familiar with the ERP system, or other computerized accounting system preferred

4、 实习期间为6个月，每周实习至少3天以上，全职实习优先
