1、负责劳动合同签订、档案管理、社会保险及住房公积金缴纳及待遇申领、员工关系处理等人事基本服务；

2、搭建和完善员工关系各项体系并负责组织、培训、协调并实施计划；

3、负责按公司相关客服流程提交相关报告及报表。

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历；

- 有良好的沟通表达能力，亲和力；

- 有良好的服务意识及沟通协调能力

- 熟悉社保、住房公积金的办理流程者优先；

- 能熟练操作Excel、word等相关办公软件者优先；

- 有相关工作经验者优先。
