Your tasks andresponsibilities

· Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and experience when handlingenquiries and problems

· Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system and processedaccordingly

· Ensure all related financial processes are completed timely andaccurately

· Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

· Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

Your skills andexperience

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of customer serviceexperience and ideally in a 3PL or warehouse environment. You are customeroriented, and able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin isrequired for this role.

岗位职责

1. 与客户紧密沟通保证日常收发货的准确性，满足客户的下单要求
2. 及时向客户反馈货物收发状态
   
3. 接收客户的反馈，积极解决客户的问题，提高客户满意度
4. 与仓库协调沟通收发货中的遇到的问题
5. 处理异常货物进行维修、退货、报废等系统维护及实物安排
   
6. 日常操作报告（KPI, BILLING等）的编辑、更新
7. SAP，WMS等仓库管理系统操作

任职要求

1. 有1-2年的合同物流工作经验，工商管理或供应链管理专业优先
2. 至少有2年以上的仓库客服经验
3. 有良好的沟通能力和书面表达能力
4. 有良好的英语读写能力
