职位描述
- Implement the distribution sales strategy in the assigned area
Set sales budget and margin targets for Assigned area
Align with distributors on target and tracking the sales and organize weekly meeting with distributors
Develop distributors, target setting and target achievement.
Support distributors to develop customer in the assigned area and verticals
Advise distributors to maintain a sufficient inventory of products to provide optimum availability and service
Provide training to distributors and get assigned area’s marketing information and trends including competition information
Support distributors in customer development, customer events and roadshow etc
POS tracking
Qualifications and requirements
- Commercially minded, challenge driven with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with the ability to operate effectively at all levels, across all disciplines.
Previous experience working in a B2B Industrial Distributors/Resellers and/or Principals with solution selling/marketing mind-set
Understands the needs of engineers and buyers (our target customers) for priority verticals and the industries within which they operate
Ability to speak Mandarin is essential, and demonstrated experience in working with Greater China clients
