Main responsibilities:

1. Daily Replenishment: assistant category buyer to proceed daily
merchandise replenishment & delivery

· 2. Product
Launch: work closely with buyer to make sure the set-up of right TSS/TSL in
size and quantity at store level before the launch

· 3. Communication:
communicate with retail stores to follow up and manage product delivery

· 4. Report:
update the buyer with the sales performance of carry-over and seasonal products
on Weekly/Monthly basis

· 5. Reaction
with retail: assist the product request from retail stores

· 6. Training:
assist buyer to organize training material for seasonal training

· 7. Buying:
help prepare buying documents, support during Buying and do the follow up after
Buying

· 8. Other
tasks assigned by line manager

Key Accountabilities

· Bachelor’s
degree or above

· Excellent
computer skills, especially in MS Excel

· Strong
communication skill

· Related
working/internship experience of retail industry data analysis or system
maintenance

· Fluent in
both written and oral English

· Strong
sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit

· Be adapt
to business travels

· Contractor
or third-party role
