1、 根据项目招聘目标分析职位需求，形成访寻策略，执行招聘计划；

2、 根据既定方向，进行访寻渠道的分析、拓展，整合候选人资源，定位目标候选人，保持良好的招聘体验；

3、 对候选人以及人才市场进行沟通和评估，提供准确的人才评估和推荐报告；

4、 跟进客户的招聘流程，及时了解客户对候选人的反馈，不断调整方向，保证对招聘职位的交付；
