Position Description
-To develop channel strategy to maximize the revenue growth
-To work closely with distributors on assets management through detailed & inventory/re-sales analysis to identify issues and opportunities tactically
-To develop programs to improve assets position and the re-sales activities to ultimately grow the business with distributors profitably
-To provide the updated forecast on billings and re-sales activities and drive to meet and exceed the annual goal plan
-To enforce & maintain data accuracy on the reported distribution inventory/re-sales.
-To be able to provide data analysis reports with corrective actions to solve ad hoc assets issues
Position Requirements
-College or Bachelor's degree, good command of English and good computer skill is a big plus
-5-10 years of sales experience with not less than 2 years' experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Retail background is a plus
-Styling/fashion lover is a plus
-Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
-Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
-Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
-Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks
-Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-A positive attitude to dealing with people
-Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
