1、 项目执行过程中负责对求职简历进行收集和筛选；

2、 根据职位情况进行必要的渠道维护和拓展获取更多有效求职简历；

3、 依据标准话术对所有候选人进行初步的电话沟通，确认基本信息及求职意向；

4、 负责对推荐面试的候选人进行二次跟踪；

5、 负责项目笔、面试的现场执行和支持；

6、 完成其他项目经理安排的临时性工作；

任职要求：

1、 专科及以上学历，人力资源、管理等相关专业尤佳；

2、 1年以上招聘/猎头相关工作经验优先；

3、 具有较强的沟通、协调、分析及解决问题的能力；

4、 能承担一定的招聘压力。
