Job Description:

1. Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers, develop and maintain sales pipelines

2. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling, visits and indirect methods such as networking and referrals

3. Secure free-hand business to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets against a calendar schedule

4. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

5. Visit customers on daily basis in line with company requirements

6. Prepare quotations, proposal and negotiate rates and service terms with customers

7. Report sales activities and maintain good records on prospect and customer interactions for internal reference

8. Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers

9. Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

10. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

  

Requirements:

 1. Minimum 3 years in logistics industry with sales experience in sea freight and airfreight

 2. Presentable, outgoing personality with “can do” attitude

3. University graduate with good spoken and written communication skills

4. Able to deal with pressure and irregular working hours
