招聘信息：质保助理

岗位职责：

1. 引导客户/同事正确地向公司提出质保索赔请求;

2. 保证质保投诉及时和准确登记、更新及关闭;

3. 对客户投诉索赔的故障产品作初步分析，收集必要的信息/零件/证据;

4. 根据客户的索赔要求安排及跟进工厂内及客户处的协调支持工作,如现场及车间检查，执行围堵措施等;

任职资格：

1. 35岁以下，理工科专业优先，大专以上学历；

2. 有很强的沟通能力及协调能力，吃苦耐劳;

3.良好的团队合作精神、良好的个性（坚持不懈，积极主动，热情，深入挖掘问题，严谨的工作方式，能打破常规考虑问题，能组织上报）;

4. 有良好英语读写能力***（加分项）。

福利待遇：基本工资2500+绩效+工作餐+五险，到手工资4000+
