1. Ensure efficient and effective IT operations daily, across the whole organization;

2. Develop and maintain relationship with business stakeholders;

3. Manage assigned IT related applications or solutions;

4. Identify, implement and sustain improvements based on audit and compliance guidance;

5. Cooperation and coordination with group headquarters located in different time zone;

6. Support and coordination for production deployments, incidents and problems per assigned area of responsibility;

7. Facilitate the Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery activities;

8. Ensure proper implementation of management plans and policies in rendering services to business;

9. Oversee and coordinate the activities of the technical delivery teams;

10. Receive feedback from customers and promptly work towards providing improvements;

11. Periodically report the performance of the team, processes, business complaints, and suggestions;

12. File report to top management on the progress of any initiatives under his/her supervision;

13. Assist in making decisions that will improve service delivery and customer satisfaction;

14. Communicate with all parties involved in the service delivery process or project - team members, customers, and management;

15. Work together with team members to develop service agreements and supports that will assist in service delivery.

任职资格

Requirements:

1. Strong people skills, communication and collaboration;

2. 5+ years of experience of IT service delivery management (preferred) or application management in a large heterogeneous environment;

3. Experience with ITIL methodologies and processes, primarily Service Operation, Service Transition, Continual Service Improvement, but also Service Strategy and Design are advantage;

4. Understanding of common software development life cycle methodologies (especially agile, DevOps and waterfall);

5. Ability to face and communicate with higher management from both IT and Business;

6. Ability to facilitate within cross-functional teams to solve problems at their root, develop common continue improvement techniques;

7. Ability to assess the risks and benefits of proposed solutions, challenge and coach the technical teams to think in broader perspectives;

8. Proficient in English language, both written and spoken;

9. Master's degree or higher in IT or similar discipline.
