Main responsibilities:
? Take responsibility for product management and localization
? Define the position and price of different products; Transfer the technical language
? According to defined strategies, analyze the development plan of long term products and new products
? Research and analyze market developing tendency, customer demand change
? Analyze market capacity and profit benefit for business growth
? Give assistance/suggestion to top management to make the strategy decision
? Internally communicate with related department and collect all kinds of demand information for new products development
? Work together with HQ to monitor features, price, and marketing activities
? Perform other duties as assigned
Nationality: Chinese

Educational qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, preferable Engineering or technical background

Working experiences
? Years’ working experience in a similar role
? Product management experience
? Automotive supplier experience is preferred
? A good knowledge of the Global and Chinese Automotive industry with its specialties in the area of NEV
? Understanding of the Customers’ needs for weight reduction and the technical requirements of Steel- vs. Alu-bolts in the application
? Has good relations with the potential target customers (TIER I and OEM)
? Has the relevant language and communication skills to successfully liaise with Sales and R&D departments in HQ
