1）Achieving both personal targets assigned at the beginning of the fiscal year.

2) Responsible to develop and executive the sales strategy for the company, in the manner of mainly global sales.

3) Work with Product/BU heads to develop and promote the new products at different locations and markets overseas, e.g. contract logistics and multimodal transportation

和产品/事业部总监一起开发和推进在海外不同地区和市场的新产品，例如：合同物流和多式联运。

4) Approaching NVO accounts (as 2PL) and overseas customers (as 3PL).

联系NVO客户（第二方物流）和海外客户（第三方物流）。

5) To make sure Zero bad debts by tightening up the AR process

通过收紧AR进程来确保零坏账。

Requirement 胜任要求 :

• Bachelor Degree above

本科及以上学历

• Good command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST, with 2nd foreign language even better

良好的英语和普通话是必要条件，会第二门外语更佳

• Active and Energetic, Good management skill, Willing to share

• At least 3 years experience in the field of 2PL or 3PL industry
