职位描述
Position Summary
Ensure implementation of the Greater China Strategic Business Plan of SSB. Provide product, and business competency to drive growth for the Region.
Do
1. Align and implement the country business strategy/ business plan with regional sales strategy.
2. Implement the global/ country growth initiatives or programs in the region to generate new sales opportunities (i.e., Find).
3. Support SSB PABR Process / sales quotation/ proposal discussion with customer.
4. Coordinate with SSB / CSM FLT delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Review the forecast and front log, and define the growth / recovery activities to meet SSB / CSM FLT sales targets.
6. Communication and collaboration with CSM FBL and FLT team for FLT opportunity management and project handover.
7. Ensure sufficient resources and support for the keep, find, close activities in the region
8. Provide technical and commercial leadership to SA teams of SSB.
9. Equip sales team with right sales tool (including Sales demos) and sales competencies.
10. Make joint sales calls with Account Managers for strategic account/ opportunities.
11. Develop the future leaders and retain top talent.
12. Provide local market requirements and competitive market intelligence to the business unit.
13. Share best practice successes amongst FBL community.
Oversee
1. Provide technical support for keep business.
2. Provide both commercial and technical support to local sales team for find business and close strategic projects.
3. Oversee the use of performance-related data to improve fiscal performance.
4. Marketing analysis and feedback for BU focused business in region.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering; Preferably MBA.
- Min 5 years Automation sales/product business management experience
