Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1）Responsible for the sales, margin, growth targets and execution for China Cold Chain business plan including but not limited to Refrigeration, Retail Solutions, Industrial Refrigeration, Cargo Solutions, etc..

负责中国冷链商业计划的销售、利润、增长目标和执行，包括但不限于制冷、零售解决方案、工业制冷、货运解决方案等。

2)    Develop local Cold Chain/Refrigeration market and product strategies to be in alignment with regional business goals.

设定本地冷链/制冷市场和产品策略，以符合区域业务目标。

3)   Drive strategic planning, execution and feedbacks cycle thru customer engagements, channel development and end user influencers activities.

通过客户合作、渠道开发和最终影响用户的活动，推动战略规划、执行和反馈。

4)     Explore and develop the adjacent business opportunity for Cold Chain/Refrigeration business in China.

为中国的冷链/制冷行业开拓商机。

5)    Work in collaboration with BU and OP team closely on long term product trends and needs to actualize sales plan.

与产品部门和操作部门紧密合作，关注长期的产品趋势和需求，以实现销售计划。

6)    Team coaching, engage, inspire and development of China manpower resources.

团队培训，吸引，激励和开发中国的人才资源。

Requirement  胜任要求 :

• Bachelor Degree above

本科及以上学历

• Good command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST, with 2nd foreign language even better

良好的英语和普通话是必要条件，会第二门外语更佳

• Active and Energetic, Good management skill, Willing to share

积极，充满能量，良好的管理技能，愿意分享

• At least 8-10 years experience in the field of 2PL or 3PL industry, with no less than 3 years managing local sales team including managers, supervisors and executives.

至少8-10年第二方物流、第三方物流领域的经验，不少于3年管理本地销售团队的经验，包括经理，主管和专员。
