Requirements:

• ideal candidates will have experience of recruiting software sales people. 
  
• Other relevant recruitment experience would be of recruiting:
• B2b Sales people who have sold solutions rather than just ‘boxes’ and where the sale is ‘complex’ in that they need to influence multiple stakeholders
• Mid-senior level professionals in tech, HR, management
  
• Good experience of boolean searching, ideally using LI-Recruiter
  

• Ideally we need someone who has done a bit of headhunting – e.g. there will be a lot of target companies to try and poach sales people from. If we can’t get hold of them via LinkedIn, we may need to phone up posing as customers to get through to a sales person to make a head hunting call.
  
• Language wise, fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. 
• Cantonese would be very desirable. If you could find a someone with Japanese as well that would be amazing, but I appreciate that a unicorn may be easier to find!
