Job Duties: 

 -  Arrange and conduct social compliancy audits and other related assessments

-  Manage related audit report, correction action plan and follow-up

-  Collect and update relative regulations to guide and communicate factories 

 -  Coordinate and communicate with customers and factories 

 -  Handle system and paper work tasks that required by customers 

 -  Complete and assist other projects or jobs assigned by line manager

Requirements: 

 -  Degree or equivalent extensive experience

-  At least 3 years experiences in social compliance audit, experience in RAB audit and/or SEDEX audit are preferred 

 -  Familiar with local labor regulations, and applicable regulations for environment, health and safety 

-  Good command of English 

 -  Willing to travel
