Job Description
We are looking for a tech leader in BIOS and system firmware. You will be working with a group of talented engineers to develop and deliver the UEFI based system firmware for Intel Architecture based server platform, and address the key customers' requirement for a cloud data center environment.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
？ Learn the key technologies and features of Intel server silicon(Xeon-SP), and develop the UEFI based BIOS reference code for Intel reference platform;
？ Understand and analyze the customers' requirement on new features and capabilities, define and design the BIOS product, lead the development to deliver high-quality solution;
？ Collaborate with various Intel organizations like silicon design, validation, firmware validation, platform integration to build a BKC release, and debug and fix BIOS related issues;
？ Be creative on innovative ideas, continuously drive the improvement of Intel BIOS reference code to be a preferred choice of customers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
？ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, EE or related field;
？ 10+ years experience developing UEFI BIOS and system software on server, solid knowledge of IA-32 platform architecture;
？ Proficiency in C and/or assembly programming with experience on modular software design;
？ Experienced in programming with UEFI, EDK/EDK2, Tiano and relative tools;
？ Knowledge of software engineering practices & patterns including design reviews, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing;
？ Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese;
？ Self-motivated, high disciplined, a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications
？ Master's degree in Computer Science, EE or related field with 8+ years developer experience;
？ Manager of BIOS and software engineers is a plus;
？ Experience with FSP based BIOS or firmware development;
？ Experience with rapid iteration prototypes and joint hardware/firmware development;
？ Experience in collaborating across multiple Geos and functional teams, like silicon design, board design, and validation team
