Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of Antifraud training programs, including but not limited to communicate with all relevant parties, answer and provide assistance for the various questions from the participants, project scheduling and execution follow-up, training, hosting of the event site, project effect analysis, etc.;

2. Be involved to design and implementation process of various antifraud training programs, including but not limited to program designing, business case collection, writing training courseware;

3. Participate in the construction of the training system. Be responsible for precipitating the core curriculum of the training system and continuously optimizing the iteration, and exploring and creating a unique curriculum of the training system;

4. Deliver high quality client awareness campaign from antifraud perspective, with analysis and insight that makes good experience to customer;

5. Create written client communication that are impactful and meaningful in a variety of media, including comic, video and other slide packs;

6. Take part in and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, business analysis and solution design as part of client projects;

7. Participate in some practice development activity, such as developing internal training and organizing events;

8. Conduct research into new topics of interest to our clients, developing thought that is relevant and valuable our clients;

9. Cooperate with CRM, Marketing, PR and compliance to help our clients improve their fraud awareness.

Requirements:

1. University graduate, preferably with major in Business management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer, Finance or Information Science;

2. Practical experience with business analysis, customer Awareness Campaign and Training Methodology;

3. Fluent in English (oral and written);

4. Analytical and Logical thinking;

5. Responsible and able to make independent decision;

6. SQL language ,Tableau or other BI tool as advantage;

7. Flexible and business target oriented;

8. Professional communication skills and negotiation skill.
