Key Deliverables   Business：

• Technical Service – Communicate with customers about the project need to take experiment; improve experiment scheme according to customer’s feedback; pack up experiment data and report to customers; cooperate with customer to conduct plant testing; trial samples and market samples analysis; deal with product complaint and shoot customers’ trouble.

    

 ·      Building and improving technical capability in various applications, especially in bakery, confectionery and other potential food segment with hydrocolloid system solution.

    

·      Developing technical kits of hydrocolloid blending to develop system business for supporting local GTM team

    

·      Exploring new technical opportunities with the above functions.

    

·      Visiting customers with sales team regularly      

Agility and  Innovation

·         Able to utilize project management tools to manage the programs efficiently to gain new businesses

    

·         To contribute new product development

    

·         Operate and maintain a safe, accident-free laboratory environment.  Follow all company safety rules and good laboratory and manufacturing practices in performing job duties.

    

·         Contribute to develop new ideas / concepts for food applications.

    

·         Having clear understanding of the customer’s and market requirements

    

·         Customize the blend system on local application demand.

    

·         Involve in the single ingredients screening and secure the function/quality  spec. for sourcing

    

·         Following through and facilitating the new product launch activities to a successful commercialisation stage.

Relationships and People

 ·         Work closely with Sales and System business team to execute strategies and prioritise projects 

 ·         Supporting various food applications works in the laboratory / pilot plant.        

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements       

·         At least 3-5 years’ experience in R&D or application role across F&B OR food ingredients business. Hydrocolloid blending technology/experience is a must.

    

·         Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in food science based or food related courses.

    

·         Fluent English language skill, good at written skill
