• Wastes elimination based on the valve analysis, such as productivity increasing/capacity enhancement/space saving/ material flow optimization

  基于价值流分析上的浪费识别及改进，包括效率提升、产能提升、空间节省、物流动向优化等；

• Conduct the process improvement by data colllection and analysis for MP projects, and setup Golden line in NPI phase to standardize the process and improve productiviites rapidly

  在量产阶段，基于数据收集及分析，主导量产改善；并在新项目阶段，建立样板线以制程标准化及快速提升生产率；

• Make CAPEX analysis and process layout for new project according to data collection

          

新产品及新制程的投资评估及布局规划；

  

• Study on the ROI analysis for any investment

  投资回收期分析；

• Training for operations and set up the lean culture step by step.

      进行定时培训, 并逐步建立持续改善的文化  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Current data collection, such as Process flow, Cycle time, OEE, Material flow and layout

• 当前数据收集，如生产流程，工时，整体效率，物流及布局

• Co-work with cross-functional team to implement the process improvement for key projects according to Lean concept and Tools, (VSM, Little law, SMED, etc.)

  应用精益生产概念及工具（价值流分析，最小法则，快速换模等），组成跨部门合作，对公司重点项目进行制程改善

• For NPI projects, Make the CAPEX analysis, line layout, and build up Golden line to improve productivities rapidly

  针对新开发项目，将进行CAPEX 评估，产线规划及建立样板线以快速提升产能

• Continue to promote CIP programs continuously.

  持续推动CIP活动。

• Co-work with HR dept to work out the Lean training for line leader, and take charge in Lean pratice online.

  与HR部门合作制定一线班组长培训计划，并负责现场精益实践活动指导

                    

• Plant layout and routine maintenance, and make the plant visit tour

  工厂整体布局规划及日常维护，并指定相关参观动线

• Other emenergy issues for Lean implementation if needed.
