职位描述
· To develop and implement sourcing/purchasing strategies for common opex categories across all China sites
· Develop and manage supply base and tendering process for key opex categories across all China, like MRO, PPE, Lab Consumable, Professional 3rd services etc.
· Lead site NPS buyer and drive the collaboration and synergy for opex spend across all China sites
· Drive and coach China team to implement Procurement on-line system/tools (My buy, Anaplan etc.) in line with global policies
· Pro-actively identify and execute cost savings opportunities in line with global and China NPS strategy across all China sites.
· Lead& coordinate site NPS buyer to prepare and manage all tenders for NPS services and MRO as directed and recommend supplier selection.
· To procure and supply services and components in line with forecast and budgetary demand for all Shashi NPS spend
· Propose and execute sourcing strategies for Shashi NPS Supply sources
· Propose and execute supply chain strategies for Shashi NPS Supply sources
· To collate and prepare contracts in line with the requirements for Shashi
· To ensure the supply arrangements are properly briefed and set up with site user department and stakeholders
· In association with Group Procurement Network and other Category Supply Teams, develop and execute Procurement strategy as required for Global sourcing.
· Manage suppliers in line with KPI’s and Service Level Agreements
· Drive Global and China NPS policy implement within Shashi site
· To operate within RB International’s Policies and Procedures, and ISO guidelines, identifying and implementing areas of best practice as appropriate
Establishing & managing the purchasing agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreement, no gift claim and anti-bribery documents
