Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all phone calls/inquires in a professional way with a service-oriented mindset and return call promptly. Be responsible for customer satisfaction, own and manage customer facing activities.

2. Understand booking CSOP and requirement. Closely coordinate with GSC/SM/Sales to ensure the accuracy.

3. Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment lifecycle, by taking ownership and working closely with customers/internal support groups through pro-active notification and resolution handling.

4. Ensure the booking turn time meet the target and exceed customer’s expectation, and customers fully understand our booking procedures.

5. Ensure freight is collected in line and monitor customer outstanding performance.

6. Promoting E-Commerce.

Who we are looking for:

1. Bachelor degree and above

2. Minimum 1 years related working experience

3. Service-oriented and optimistic attitude.

4. Excellent team player

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

6. Fluent in Cantonese and English
