Responsibilities

§ Responsible for the operation of Tmall Beauty store.

§ Build sales planning and deliver sales target. Campaign planning and delivery by coordinating internal and external parities.

§ Key contact with platform on daily basis to maximize traffic and sales opportunities.

§ Manage TP’s delivery quality and efficiency to achieve commercial targets。

§ Ensure the right brand contents are delivered through the right channel to the right audience.

§ Lead the strategy of paid marketing within taobao, including SEM, CPM, Brand Zone, etc. Ensure the results meet the targets.

§ Assist to formulate the CRM strategy within taobao. Familiar with the CRM strategy and relevant systems.

§ Monitor the sell through and conduct analysis to lead the store optimization.

§ Manage the Beauty & Accessories merchandizing online.

§ Lead the page builds for the Beauty & Accessories and manage the extra assets required for the category

§ Manage the products’ validity online and ensure the customer experience

§ Responsible for maintaining the integrity of Tmall Beauty store.

§ Design the HP & LP layout for VS Tmall Beauty store

§ Work with TP and cross function team to optimize the process/info flow of PDP creation to ensure the right contents are displayed in the pages at the right timing

§ Work with site merchant and editor to combine the merchandize and visual planning to ensure the site is well displayed matching in branded images

§ Design and content of product detail pages (PDPs). Optimize according to data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Must be a conceptual, strategic thinker with proven problem solving skills, and ability to see the big picture.

§ Understand and be able to improve upon merchant and marketing objectives for each project and season assigned

§ Very strong verbal and written communication and positive attitude are required

§ Highly organized with extreme attention to detail

§ Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences

§ Passion and understanding of ecommerce, UX, and marketing best practices

§ Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member

§ Resourceful self-starter who gets things done

§ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

§ 5+ years’ experience in online operation and online marketing.

§ Beauty/Body Care experience

§ Working with Tmall

§ Fluent written and speaking English skills

§ Bachelor degree or higher-level education
