职位描述
该岗位为新能源汽车业务开发
业务开展时有公务车，并提供餐补和话补
综合年薪12万-15万
职能要求：
A、业务目标①执行并全力完成城市所下发的各项业务指标（出租率、销售收入、回款率、网约车证办理、风险车辆控制等）
B、市场研究①研究城市补贴政策、网约车政策、租赁政策、制定销售策略
②走访市场、研究竞品（租赁公司、车管公司、其他品牌等），了解市场和竞品动态
C、产品研究①熟练掌握本城市车型知识及产品（租赁、租转售、以租代售、买断销售）知识
②掌握产品价格方案、根据客户情况、采取相应产品和价格方案
D、客户管理①组织开发客户，牵头开展商务谈判，促进订单落地成交
②维系区域内政府、媒体、经销商、行业伙伴关系，维持良好的外部业务环境
③维系区域内重点客户，提升客户满意度、合作持续度
④进行款项催缴及开票工作，完成收入目标
E、风险管理①把控客户准入，评估客户经营风险，关注客户运营效益，确保车辆资产安全。
